You are bidding on one (1) Japanese block print by the artist Eno. Artwork's title is unknown. It was said to have been made in the 1980s. It comes in a black wooden frame that measures 25 x 19.5 inches. The print is in excellent condition and has the artist's signature and personal red kanji stamp.
Offered at auction is a lovely, contemporary woodblock print by Masaharu Enomoto. This is a large woodblock measuring 16 inches by 22 inches with the image measuring 14 inches by 19 1/2 inches. The image is of a pretty female child with a butterfly in her hair. It is ink signed by the artist on the margin and on the print. The edges of the print were folded at the edges of the image for placement in a frame. There is discoloration at the fold lines but not of the image. This woodblock probably dates from the early 1960s. It was given as a "going away" gift to a departing member of the Okinawa Women's Service Club in 1962.
