Shin Hanga: Bunraku Puppet

Artist: Konobu
Format: Large oban tate-e: 16" x 11.5" approx

Subject: Konobu Hasegawa is the eldest son of Hasegawa Sadanobu III. Most of his prints were published by Uchida in Kyoto. The artist should not be confused with his grandfather Hasegawa Konobu (Sadanobu II).

Condition: Full size. Generally fine state of preservation.

Colour: Fine

Impression: Fine with silver mica ground and black lacquer on the kimono lapels
Japanese Woodblock Print by Konobu. Circa 1950. Size is 15 3/4 x 11 inches. Good Color and Condition.
