This is the second print from Tsu hana mitate, a set of four prints illustrated in Shibui, 'Ukiyo-e Zuten' p.78. Oban size measures 16.4 x 10.9 inches. Very high quality woodblock print with excellent texture and ink bleedthrough on fine washi. Excellent detail. Beautiful portrait of Edo's most famous geisha. |
