Original Japanese Wooblock print of the Uchida Art Co. It is believed to be by Kaoru Kawano. It is entitled "Shibaraku" and dates to the early 1960's where it was purchased in Japan by my parents. Kaoru Kawano Japanese Woodblock Print

Woodblock print by Japanese artist KAORU KAWANO (1916-1965). Signed in pencil in the lower right. The woodblock is of a young girl. The print is not glued on board but a free sheet, in very good condition. The paper is cream color paper. Sheet size is 11" x 16-1/2" . The image is 10" x 15" .There is no foxing, no tears, no stains.
