A single figure crosses the bridge in a traditional kimono. This is among Hasui’s best prints and a favorite snow scene. Signed- Kawase Hasui with red artist’s seal “sui” Sealed- Publisher Watanabe, 7mm seal, later edition original, from original blocks Image size- 9 ½” x 14 3/8” (oban tate-e) Condition- Excellent, no toning, tears, not mounted, full margins |
