Subject: A warrior making a young bijin lift a basket up to reveal a Sake cup which she had consealed under it.
Date: c. 1850
Condition: Very slightly trimmed. Album backing paper. Slight soils. A small damage top left corner. Minor wear, creases, marks and flaws. Generally very good state.
Colour: Fine colors.
Impression: Fine impression with gauffrage and lacquer.
