Rain at Nanendo Temple from the series Kyoto Meisho by Takeji Asano. Original Japanese woodblock print dated April Showa 22 (1947). Fine color, condition and impression. Strong texture and ink bleedthrough on thin Japanese washi. Print measures 10.2 x 14.5 inches. Titled in bottom margin. Date and artist's name in left margin Artist's red seal in lower left corner. This print has not been framed and is still tipped inside of the original folio.
