SATO HISA (?? or ??)?
As for Baba Seizando (?????), this printing company was active from 1945 at least up to 1985/11 when celebrated its 40th anniversary in Tokyo. If this company could be operated under Baba Nobuhiko (????)in Tokyo, I might speculate that Baba Shizuka (?? ?) could be a preceeding founder (father or relative of Nobuhiko) of the company (probably stating in Kyoto) named after his personal name. He passed away in 1936 at his age of 64 at my comprehensive directroy listing as a carver. Baba Nobuhiko was listed asone of consulting members of Japan Woodblock Carver Association (Nihon Mokuhann Kougei Kumiai-"????????") as of 1958/04. I will keep detecting more information on this publisher.

Comments - Beautiful shin hanga winter landscape showing a temple in snow, with two women hurrying along the pathway, their colorful umbrellas facing into the wind. Tall pine trees frame the view at left, their branches covered in snow. A lovely peaceful scene rendered in soft muted tones. Wonderful handling of the snowflakes against the silhouetted trees along the horizon.
