In these prints, the upper part consists of a Tokaido view by Hiroshige and in the lower part there are large figures by Kunisada illustrative of legends.

Subject: 'So-hitsu Gojusan-Tsugi.' Two lovers pause in flight, in the background two rafts passing under the bridge at Okazaki.

Publisher: Maru-ya Kyushiro

Date: c. 1850

Condition: Very good colors. Trimmed on right. Japanese album backing paper. Album crease at left edge. Minor marks and flaws. Generally good state of preservation.

Impression: Very good impression with gauffrage.
