These notes were written by the original owner/seller/auctioner of the item and may be inaccurate.:
Up for bid is an early, original woodblock print by Hiroshi Yosida (1876-1950), entitled "Acropolis, Night" from his 1925 Europe Series. This is an orginal print done by Hiroshi Yoshida himself in 1925, with the Jizuri seal. The work is also hand-signed and titled in English by the artist, in the lower margin. Size is oban, 15 1/2 inches by 10 3/4 inches. Colors are bright, clear and vibrant, a lovely, stunning example. Some moderate toning in the margins. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed. Unframed. Note: a small part of the back and also the top left corner (see scan) of the print is still lightly attached to the original matting.
