Offered here is a Beautiful Japanese Shin-Hanga woodblock print of two Egrets in snow by Gakusui and c. 1951. This print depicts a couple of egrets in snow. The imagery is quite effective with the voluminous white Egrets against a blackened sky. The feathers of birds are blind stamped for further emphasis and texture. It bears the 6mm circular Watanabe stamp in the bottom left corner of the image. There is a further inscription, i.e. Showa 25 in kanji in the bottom right margin, however it is quite faint and does not show up in the picture. This print measures 15 1/2" by 10". It is in Excellent condition
