Note that there may be some inaccuracies: Kiyoharu dates unknown Beauty Seated at a Kotatsu signed Kiyoharu, with artist's seal Kiyoharu, possibly circa 1920 aiban tate-e 13 5/8 by 9 1/4 in., 34.6 by 23.5 cm Stylistically, this appears to be the work of a different Kiyoharu than the landscape painter Yokouchi Kiyoharu (Ginnosuke, 1870-1942). Another design by this rare artist bearing the same signature and seal depicts the standing figure of a maiko looking back over her shoulder while holding a folding fan. The size and faint fold lines indicate this print was issued as a kuchi-e (woodblock printed insert) for an unidentified publication.
