Description: "Seiya" ("Quiet Night"). A beauty in sumptuous Kimono. She is contemplating something in the quiet night. Her lips are exquisitely printed in fine gradations. The faint pink colors around her eyes indicate she might have been enjoying a cup of sake.
Signature: "Tomoyo".
Seal: Artist's seal.
Dated: 1980.

Medium/Technique: Woodblock print.
Impression: Excellent - very good … Intricate design is embossed on the collar. Title, "Seiya", is embossed on the right margin.
Colors: Excellent … Mica is sprinkled on the hair. Fine pink gradations around her eyes.
Condition: Very good … Minor foxing. A foxing spot on her nose. A printer's crease on the top margin. Slight soils on the margins.
Note: Carver Ohkura Hanbei. Printer Sekioka Oukon.
