(SHOWA 37 - 1962) "BUNRAKU PUPPET WOODBLOCK PRINT - HIDEKI HANAFUSA" "BUNRAKU" ALSO KNOWN AS "NINGYO JORURI", IS A FORM OF TRADITIONAL JAPANESE PUPPET THEATRE, FOUNDED IN OSAKA IN 1684. "BUNRAKU" WOODBLOCK PRINTS ARE RATHER RARE!! CONDITION IS VERY GOOD - EXCELLENT. BEAUTIFUL COLORS. WITH GOLDISH PIGMENTS LARGE SIZE ABOUT 40 x 30 cm.
	Series Information:	Published as a 10-print set by Maria Shobo in Showa 30 (1964). There may have been a second set with different scenes also. Sale price was 55,000 yen. Included a canvas album and folders for each print with explanations.
