It is unframed, but comes with the most exquisite silk mat, ready to be framed. It measures 21.5" by 16" with the mat and 17" by 11 1/4" without. It is in excellent condition.
	Artist Bio:	Kaoru Kawano was a very popular artist for his distinctively styled depictions of figures, especially children. He uses the wood grain patterns to lender the textures and the mood to the works.
