I am not sure of the original dating. Hiroshige.org suggests that this series might be lacquer paintings. A later woodblock print edition was published by Matsui Eikichi in the 1896/7. It can be distinguished by the title cartouche being outside the image area, with publisher details in the bottom margin.

Description From the series, "Ginsekai Azuma Ju-ni Kei" (Twelve Snow Scenes of the Eastern Capital).
This series is in the collection of the National Diet Library of Japan.
"Sumidagawa Ryo kawagishi Ichimoku no Tsuki". The moonlight illuminates both banks of the Sumida river.
Signature Hiroshige.
Seal Artist's seal.
Dated 1896.
Publisher Matsui Eikichi.
Medium/Technique Woodblock print.
Impression Good.
Colors Very good … Mica sprinkled on some parts of the print. Printed with "Urushi" in some parts. Silver colored metallic pigment on the title cartousche on the right margin.
Condition Good … Margins and the lower left area are soiled. Slightly creased. The title cartouche on the right margin is oxidized.
Note A reference book, "Hiroshige" by Albuquerque museum, 1983, stated, " … only the first eleven were done by Hiroshige, the twelfth was by Hiroshige II. … "Since these are the famous lacquer paintings (urushi) …".
