	Artist Bio:	Kiyohiko was born in Aichi Prefecture and was a student of the famous artist Kaburagi Kiyokata, suggesting he was active circa 1920s/30s/40s. Specialized in portraiture. Committee member of the Former Art Association, six selections for the Former Art Association exhibitions, one silver medal, three selections for the Nihon Gain Institute. Works purchased by the Takamatsu Imperial Family. Biographical information was taken from the Art Yearbook, 1985 (Kosaisha). 美術年鑑 1985年掲載：石川清彦は、愛知生まれで「鏑木清方・山川秀峰」の門。人物に長ける。 旧美術協会委員、旧美術協会展入選6/銀賞1、日画院入選3、高松宮家作品買上。得意　人物画、高松宮家で御買い上げの栄誉を受ける。美人画を多く描いています。
