	Artist Bio:	Kiyohiko was a student of the famous artist Kaburagi Kiyokata. 石川清彦は、愛知生まれで「鏑木清方・山川秀峰」の門。 旧美術協会会員で、多くの賞を受賞、得意は人物。高松宮家に御買上の栄誉を受ける。
