Condition - Water or moisture damage on the sides and some tearing in the same areas. The subjects and most of the center are in good condition except for one discoloration spot in the water. Please see all photos.

Though rough around the edges, this is an amazing and unique watercolor seascape by listed early 20th century Japanese-American artist Torajiro Watanabe. Beautiful detail in the boats and water. One of the nicest watercolor seascapes I have ever seen. But, it does need some repair.
