Title Maiko limited edition, hand signed Artist Willy Seiler 1903 - ? Signature Artist's signature in pencil on the lower margin. "Willy Seiler" in Japanese stamped on the back. Dated Ca. 1950s. Medium/Technique Etching. Edition Size 40 Description Willy Seiler lived in Japan right after World War II and produced many etchings depicting people and landscapes of Japan. His prints were marketed for the allied forces. Seller's copperplate etchings show the picturesque Japanese landscapes and children. He captured the quaintness of the East with superb draftsmanship.
