Hello Jay,

You have an interesting print there. The artist is Mitsui Atsuo.

The left side title is 河原崎権十郎　Kawarazaki Gonjyurou かわらざき　ごんじゅうろう. That may be the Kabuki actor's name.

The right sidemargin reads 昭和三十二年三月　Showa 32 March (1957)
　　　　　　　画、彫、摺、三井淳生（みつい　あつお） Picture, carving, printing by Mitsui Atsuo

Rakkan? 淳生＊？Last kanji not sure.
