Here is a handsome watercolor painting signed ‘H. Fukaya.’ The subject of course is Mt. Fuji. The condition is very good. It measures about 15 x 10.3 inches (ôban size). Perhaps this is a study for a print. I estimate the date of the 1930s.
Artist Bio: 
One example of his watercolours is dated 1919 and appears to be one of his earliest works.
