It appears to be a copy of a Sasaki Takatsuna picture shown on a compartment ceiling of the Yasaki Inari Shrine in Asakusa, Tokyo.

Kokunimasa's prints could hardly be described as rare.

He was the eldest son of Kunisada III and active as a print designer from the late 1880s to the end of the Meiji era. The signature reads B・Kokunimasa hitsu (楳堂小国政筆).
