Signature "Yasu Kato" in pencil on the lower margin. "Kato Yasu" signed in Japanese on the right margin.
Seal Artist's seal.
Dated 1969.
Medium/Technique Woodblock print.
Impression Good.
Colors Very good.
Condition Good … Uneven toning. Ink residues and dark soil on the margins. Distinct creases on the margins, partially reaching into the image. Verso tape residues.
Description "Kine Uta". A village girl with hair band and in traditional costume in Sun-moon-lake in Taiwan. She is working with a large pestle and mortar. "kine uta" means a song for working with mortar and pestle.
