Outstanding original Japanese watercolor, signed Takejiro Nishijima, and dated 1984. It is quite large, about 36 x 51cm (14.5 x 20") paper size. Beautifully rendered. Good condition; there are two minor edge tears, one in the very top area (see pic), and one in the right side (both would be covered by the mat in framing, but I wanted to mention them). The watercolor paper is tissue backed, Japanese-style for rigidity. A great painting for train fans and Japanese art aficionados alike!
