Description "Aka Fuji". Since the ancient times, the sacred volcano has been the landmark of Japan. Many artists, including Hokusai, have been fascinated by its majestic view. The simple woodblock interpretation in the warm red-brown color by Joshua Rome exerts the magical spell of the mountain. After seeing this design for weeks, we still feel addicted. In our view one of the most fascinating designs of Mount Fuji in the history of modern Japanese printmaking.
