This is a Japanese watercolor of Mt. Fuji. A sailboat drifts on the water. In a misty shore, there are houses and trees in the background and two houses and trees in the right foreground. It is signed T? or K? Seki on the bottom right. The painting measures 9" x 12" and is framed under glass measuring 16" x 19".
