I AM PLEASED TO OFFER ON EBAY THIS WONDERFUL LATE 19TH CENTURY WATERCOLOUR OF A MISTY LAKE SCENE SHOWING A LAKE SIDE COTTAGE SURROUNDED BY BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL TREES WHITE AND PINK FLOWERS AND REEDS.THE PAINTING IS SIGNED RASETSU IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER. THE SIZE OF THE ACTUAL PAINTING MEASURES 31.5CM BY 23.2CM , SIZE INCLUDING FRAME MEASURES 33.5CM BY 25.2CM.THE FRAME COMES WITH GLASS.THE PAINTING HAS A FEW VERY MINOR FOXING SPOTS BUT THESE ARE VERY PALE AND DONT SPOIL THE PAINTING.

Artist Bio: 
Unknown pre-war watercolour painter. The signature is sometimes mistaken for "Komatsu" when written cursively.
