This Japanese watercolor painting is by Fukutaro Terauchi (b. 1891). It measures 13 1/8 inches by 9 5/8 inches. It is on heavy embossed paper. It is in very good condition and has never been framed. Terauchi was active in the mid 20th century and had a studio near Mt. Fuji. A stamp on the reverse is: NIKKO CO. LTD, TOKYO.
