This appears to be a Japanese watercolor, probably early 20th century. It measures 6 X 18 inches and is unframed. It is a lovely evening landscape with trees, water, and huts. The light glowing from the windows of the huts adds a nice warmth to the scene. There is a signature in the lower right (see photo above).
