This is a wonderful vintage signed watercolor painting signed by the artist. The painting not framed, but matted (attached to the mat at one end on the back by tape.) The mat window opening measures about 9 1/8 x 12 1/2 inches and the mat measures about 13 5/8 x 17 1/8.
