A beautiful Japanese IMPRESSIONIST watercolor in fine condition and matted and framed. The painting is 13 inches by 9 1/2 inches and the frame is 19 by 15 inches. The cloor is clean and bright and it has a lovely poetic mood. The Artist is M Matsu a well listed artist and it is most decorative and from the early 20th Century. A fine and rare Japanese painting.
