The artist is TOYOMARO as signed.

Visible image is about 19" by 12 1/2".

In an old frame, that I have not opened, measuring about 27" by 21".
Backing is loose in frame so you will need some picture frame nails to tighten.

ONE of the Most WONDROUS Japanese Watercolors I have ever seen !!!

Strong colors mood and depth of painting.
Wonderful and old.

Truly a skilled impressionism surrealism style.

Note the detail in both the fishing net and the fishermen.
