This is a beautiful original watercolor of a Kyoto snowfall by listed Japanese artist Terauchi. It measures about 11 1/2 x 8 image size. Signed lower right. Very nice condition; there are a couple of tape remnants in the upper corners of the margins. Most of Terauchi's paintings and prints are rain scenes; a snow scene like this one is a comparative rarity. |
