This a nice watercolour of a gentleman walking down stairs.It is very nicely painted and in very good condition.It is in a gold frame which has a couple of little chips.The painting has the name Numabe but I do not know if this is the artist or the place.I cannot see a date but would think it is from the 1950's or 60's.Overall size is 21 3/4''x15'' and picture size is 19 1/2''x13''
