This is a beautiful original watercolor by noted Japanese artist S. Niimi. The subject is Kegon waterfall in autumn, an image depicted by Hasui, Shiro and many other woodblock printmakers. The color and clarity of the image are wonderful. Brush signed lower right. Measures about 13 1/4 x 9 1/2 plus small margins.
