	Notes (first edition)?:	This is an ORIGINAL watercolor by M Matsu. The painting is done in a Western style technique. It is also signed in Roman letters. There was a group of artists that were educated in Japan with Western teachers. As a result, their watercolors of that time period, Meiji and Taisho, reflected the times and their education from these teachers. The image size is approx : 9 5/8 " X 13 ", the overall size is : 10 1/8 " X 13 5/8 " . The painting at one time was matted and left a 1/4" area in the image that has a slightly stronger color. The overall condition is good to excellent without any other condition problems. Takemura Hideo
