Description Grand ceremony for the silver anniversary of Emperor and Empress Meiji. Beautifully decorated banquet room attended by Meiji government high officials such as Mutsu Munemitsu and Ito Hirobumi.

Artist Bio: 

楊斎延一 。 (ようさい のぶかず、 明治5年(1872年) - 昭和19年(1944年))は、明治時代の浮世絵師。 来歴楊洲周延の 門人。姓は渡辺、後に島田、名は次郎。
