Subject: A courtesan with her young kamuro on parade on New Year's Day under a shimekazari. An elegant Kiyonaga design from his finest period. For other impressions of this great design see Hirano, and Pins 'The Pillar Print' page 238, #611.
Date: 1784
Condition: Very slightly trimmed (but less so than other illustrated examples). Horizontal fold (clean). Overall light wear. Several small thinned areas with a small adjacent holes. A little soiled. Minor marks and flaws. Generally moderately good state.
Colour: Good with some fading
Impression: Very good
