TAKAGI SHIRO JAPANESE WOODBLK 1970 BIRDS TREE MODERNIST

This is a wonderful color woodblock print by the Japanese artist Takagi Shiro, b. 1934. It is a modernist image of two birds with a nest in a tree. It is signed in pencil lower right. Numbered lower left 11/100 and dated 1970. There is something else in pencil after the numbers and before the date but I cannot read it. Overall size is approximately 16-1/2" x 11". Image is approximately 15" x 9-1/2". I am selling this print in AS IS condition. It seems a bit dirty and there is a sleight bend in the paper upper right. Also, the paper seems to fold along the bottom under the signature. It is not visible unless you look very closely. Colors are sharp and there are no holes or tears.
