Description Villagers are preparing for a festival. Specially decorated pole was set up. Majestic Mt. Fuji is seen on the background.
Note Kaiseki was a rare Shin Hanga artist. He did 12 print series of Mt. Fuji.

Artist Bio: 

日本画家。明治15年(1882)岡山県生。名は耀慶。関西学院卒。巨勢小石に師事、女婿となる。渡仏し、サロン・ドートンヌに入選。のち木版画も手掛けた。昭和8年(1933)存、歿年未詳。
