Note that there may be some inaccuracies: You are bidding on a Japanese woodblock print "November--Balmy Autumn Weather, Juichi-gatsu--Koharubi) from "New Ukiyo-e Beauties" ("Shin Ukiyo-e Bijin Awase"--originally published posthumously in 1924) from the famous Taisho woodblock master Ikeda Shoen (1886-1917). The print size is 16 x 10 1/2 inches, image size is 15 x 9 ½ inches. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers. The chop stamp of artist’s signature is close to the middle right edge of the print. The print is in an original folder sized 12 1/2 x 19 inches with a front window, and the print is attached to the back part of the folder by its right edge. Strong ink bleeding can be seen through the back of original Japanese mulberry paper. I cannot find any defects, foxing, or stains, this woodblock print is in excellent condition. This woodblock print has been carefully preserved during the past years.
