Note that there may be some inaccuracies: Mr. Kawano pencil signed this print in the margin as well as in the print (along with his red chop seal). This is a limited edition, 9/300, titled in Japanese, as well as being titled in English 'Buddha with Flower'. This large woodblock is in very good condition, has superb metallic inks throughout and bears the artists original label verso with the original red seal along the seam where it is tipped to the back of the print. This print measures 23 1/2" high by 18" wide. Thanks for looking at this print, please email all questions before bidding on this 'no reserve' auction. Just a note: A very nice fellow eBayer emailed me to let me know an interesting fact about this particular Kawano print. This print "Buddha with Flower" was, in fact, Kaoru Kawano's last limited edition print done just before his death.
	Artist Bio:	Kaoru Kawano was a very popular artist for his distinctively styled depictions of figures, especially children. He uses the wood grain patterns to lender the textures and the mood to the works.
