Note that there may be some inaccuracies: From Tosh: As far as I know, the artist name is " TEKI HO (荻浦）”　with his full name as Imoto Tekiho (井元荻浦）, who was born in Oita prefecture in 1909. He learned Japanese paintings under Domoto Insho in Kyoto. And published several prints by Doi publishing house. Regards, Toshi Doi
