Dated Ca. 1950. Medium/Technique Woodblock print. Impression Self-carved and self-printed by the artist. Colors Excellent - very good … Mica on the light colored areas. Condition Very good … Paper toned. Slightly creased. Margins creased and lightly wavy. Edition Size 300 Numbered 81 / 300 Description "Tsubaki Matsuri" ("Camellia Festival"). A dancing woman in yellow kimono with a red camellia in her hair. Note "Self-carved, self-printed, Kaoru Kawano" was printed on a piece of paper and attached on the back.
