The following information was taken from the original web listing of this artwork. Note that there may be some inaccuracies:

This print is authentic, not restrike or reproduction. I guarantee it. This print was created by Nishimura Hodo (act. 1930s) the great artist of shin-hanga in kacho-e (birds and flowers prints). The prints of this artist could be in same line with the prints of Ohara Koson aka Shoson . Here is one of his great prints “Omu” (Parrot). Was published and printed by Takemura Hideo in May, 1938, print bears the artist seal in the image. Bears also publisher seal on the left margin. Oban size 15 1/2" by 10 3/4 " with full margins. Print reproduced on p.168 in “Collector’s Value Guide to Japanese Woodblock Prints” by Sandra Andacht. Fine impression, excellent color, bleedthrough and registration - pristine condition. The print is not backed or mounted, never been framed .
