Note that there may be some inaccuracies: The artist is Takahashi Hiroaki or SHOTEI as signed in middle left edge of print. Visible image is about 14 1/4" by 6 1/4". In a frame, that I have not opened, that measures about 19" by 10". Glass on frame is broken. Does not effect print's paper. Moody surreal night scene of snow blanket lake and trees. Puppy dog, perhaps an Akita, trotting out to welcome his mistress (rural geisha ?) is a nice detail. Some crinkling of paper in lower right. This should straighten right out when you have glass replaced in frame.
