The artist is Kaoro Kawano as sealed. Paper is about 16 3/4" by 11 1/4".
Heavy use of mica in the baby girl. Strong colors. Thick ink.
Print's background color is dark green but shows up as black in the photo.

Artist Bio: 
Kaoru Kawano was a very popular artist for his distinctively styled depictions of figures, especially children. He uses the wood grain patterns to lender the textures and the mood to the works.
