This is a design by Hiyoshi Mamoru. It is dated 1952, and is one of the prints Hiyoshi made of Korean scenes.

There are seals on the right hand side of the print showing the names of the carver (Kikuta) and printer (Shimura), along with the publisher (Kyoto Hanga In).

This print looks like it's showing a daily life at a market.
