Subject: Horai-ji Temple. A path by the edge of a torrent past a shrine in a grove of trees, leading to a long flight of steps up a precipious green mountain-side; clouds across landscape.
Publisher: Koshimura-ye Heisuke
Date: c. 1853
Condition: Very good colors. Slightly trimmed in bottom and right margins. Japanese album backing paper. A few tiny wormholes. Minor soils, marks and flaws. Generally good state of preservation.
Impression: Very good impression with gauffrage.
